April Fools Day

Fish Sticks (Sugar Wafer cookies covered in Peanut Butter and Graham cracker crumbs) French Fries and Fry Sauce (Cinnamon rolls cut up to look like fries and icing)
Peas (Now and later candy rolled into peas) and Ketchup for fries (Jam)

Derek was disappointed that the fries were not real

Clint wasn't fooled a bit.

Good ideas!! I told my students that Bigfoot was coming the next day, that the lunch choices were pickled pig's feet and fried chicken legs, and that it was my last day. They didn't really fall for any of it. I'll have to try harder next time. ;) Last year I made muffins for my roommates...with cotton balls in the center. Maybe I'll try that again... :)

but then you can't really eat the muffins...

I seem to remember the cotton ball muffins made some of the roommates mad.

I love the thought and effort you put into April Fools. You are a great mom.

What a cute idea. I will have to keep that in mind for next year.
