I originally wanted to make a "fairy house". But of course, Clint didn't go for that.
It took a lot longer than we thought. Most projects do.

But the end result is pretty cool. Derek even showed up at the end to help with the roof.
We just used hot glue, lots of sticks, and a few pine cones...and Clint added the Thimbletack sign, which is the name of the little brownie character in the book.
My fairy house would have been a lot cuter, with ribbons, flowers, glitter...but the boys like their's the way it is. So I do too.

Wow so I've been so rapped up in Breaking dawn and other things that I haven't blogged in a while and to be honest your blog is a little over whelming right now. There are so many post and I haven't commented on any of them. But it looks like you guys have been having lots of fun like always. I really liked Derek's shirt I think Eva could use one of those. And the spiderwick house is really cool. You always think of the funnest things to do with your boys.
I know Andi. I have kind of been a blogging maniac these last couple of weeks, mostly because I know my blogging is going to be curbed starting tomorrow when my PTA journey really begins. But this is going to be it for a while. Especially for the next couple of weeks. I'm sure once school gets going it will slow down again...at least I hope so.
You know your super mom, right? :) I love all your projects you do, I guess I'll just have to refer back to your blog in a couple years so I can do them to.
No...I just don't clean. Or do any of the other things that good moms do.
Oh my gosh- PTA- thats right! Have fun and good luck! You will be great! And what a cute idea to build the little house. You crafty mama you!
